The Napa Valley Quilters Guild operates using By-Laws written when we first organized and are updated occassionally when a change is necessary. A change to the By-Laws must be voted in by the general membership. Our current By-Laws were most recently revised in 2009.
Additionally, the NVQG uses Standing Rules to guide us in day-to-day operations of the guild. Our current Standing Rules were most recently revised in 2010.
